Main Description.

Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice which can be stir fried in a wok or pan.
It is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, Vegetables &  Seafood.
It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.

Fried rice is a popular component of Asia as a homemade dish.
Fried rice is typically made with ingredients left over from other dishes, leading to countless variations.

Marination Ingredients for chicken

  • 200 GMs Chicken Thighs or Breasts boneless

    1 Teaspoon dark soy sauce

    1 Teaspoon White Vinegar

    1/4 Teaspoon Black or white pepper powder

    Salt to taste

    1 Tablespoon Corn Flour

    1 Whole Beaten Egg

    Mix well and allow it to rest for 10 Mins

  • Frying Ingredients

    2 Tablespoon Oil

    2 Garlic Cloves sliced

    In a preheated wok, Add oil and add the sliced garlic and fry for less than a minute and Add the Marinated Chicken pieces and shallow fry it for 7 to 8 mins on high heat and keep

    Tossing till it’s nice and crispy.....

Main Ingredients for Rice

  • 2 cups Leftover refrigerated any white Rice

    4 Eggs beaten

    2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil

    1 Teaspoon black Crushed pepper or white

    2Tablespoon light soy sauce

    1 Tablespoon white vinegar

  • 7 Cloves garlic roughly Chopped

    1 Stem of semi Chopped Spring Onions

    100 gms Vegetables of your choice

    (French beans, Carrots, Zucchini’s, peas)

  • 01

    In a preheated wok, add half of the oil mentioned in the ingredients section, as soon as the oil heats up, add Chopped Garlic and fry it for 30 seconds, till garlic flavours gets infused in the oil.

  • 02

    Add your preferred Vegetables and sauté for 3 mins maximum, remove and keep it aside for the later stage.

  • 03

    In the same pan add the remaining oil, add the beaten eggs and allow it to cook till it is 3/4th cooked, salt to taste, add the rice, vinegar, soy sauce and mix well, finally bring back the garlic and vegetables to the wok, mix well, and finally sprinkle some spring onions for garnishing....

Tips
  • Always allow the sauces like vinegar and soy sauce to burn, so try pouring the sauces on the side of the pan or wok, so that the sauces sizzle and burn from the side heat, and then mix the rice which is placed at the centre accordingly.

  • Avoid using regular onions or mushrooms or any other vegetables that leave water, it will definitely make your Fried rice moist….

  • Make sure the rice is left over and refrigerated one day prior in the refrigerator Or else your fried rice can get moist if you use fresh rice.

    250 GMs boneless chicken thighs

    250 GMs boneless chicken breasts

    Add ½  a teaspoon salt 

    Add 1 teaspoon  crushed black pepper

    Add 1 tablespoon white Vinegar

    Add 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce

    1 tablespoon  Garlic chopped

    Add 2 Chillies finely chopped

    1 whole Egg

    Mix well and Marinate for at least 15 mins

  • Batter Coating Ingredients

    In the marinated chicken bowl

    Add 3 Tablespoons of all purposeflour

    Add 2 Tablespoons of corn flour

    1 Tablespoon of rice flour

    1/4 Teaspoon of baking soda

    Mix well, add little water for consistency, and deep

    fry the chicken for 5 to 7 mins Max.

  • Cooking Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Tomato sauce

    2 Tablespoons oil

    1 Tablespoon Garlic Roughly Chopped

    1 Teaspoon Ginger Finely Chopped

    1 Small Capsicum diced

    2 Slit Green Chilies

    1 Cup Water

    2 Tablespoons dark soy Sauce

    1 Teaspoon White vinegar

    1 Teaspoon sugar

    1 Maggi cube optional 

    3 Tablespoons Corn Starch Slurry 

    1 Tablespoon spring onions.

    In a Large Wok, add oil, as soon as the Wok is very Hot,

    Add Chopped garlic and Ginger and sauté it for a minute, add diced Capsicums, green chillies, and continue to sauté it for another 2 mins,

  • 02

    Add one cup water, as soon as the water begins to boil, Add soy sauce, White vinegar, tomato ketchup, and sugar,

    Mix well, in a small bowl mix one cube Maggi Chicken stock (optional) with hot water and add it to the wok,

  • 03

    Add the fried Chicken and sauté it for two mins and finally add one table spoon of Corn starch mixed with two table spoon of water in a bowl add it to the gravy for consistency,

    Garnish with some cut spring onions.

Main Description.

Corn soup is a soup made of corn, typically sweetcorn. Initially popular only in corn-producing areas of the world, the dish is now widespread because of greater corn distribution.

Typical ingredients are corn cut from the cob, water, butter and flour, with salt and pepper for seasoning. Additional ingredients vary by region, and may include eggs.

I just love and can have soups on a daily basis, and this one is my life time favorite soup.
Whenever I visit restaurants this soup is always on top of my list or rather this is the only soup I always ordered out.

Ingredients

  • 350 GMs of Chicken with bones (I used chicken thighs with bones)

    2 Bay leaves

    4 Garlic Cloves with skin on

    Small onion roughly cut in four large pieces

    10 Black whole peppercorns

    1 Litre drinking water

    Salt to taste

  • Other Ingredients

     150 GMs Frozen Corn

    2 Tablespoons Corn Flour mixed with  8 Tablespoons water

     2 Whole Eggs Beaten

     0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper powder

  • 01

    Add the above ingredients with the chicken in a wok a litre of water and allow it to boil for 25 to 30 mins.

  • 02

    Once the chicken is cooked, in a strainer remove the chicken and the ingredients.

  • 03

    Shred the chicken completely in small desired pieces and keep the Chicken Stock on the gas, allow it to cook

  • 04

    Add the corn with a little water, and grind it in a grinder and make sure you keep some chunks and do not make a smooth paste, add the corn to the stock.

  • 05

    Add the shredded chicken, add black pepper powder, add salt to taste.

  • 06

    Allow it to cook for 5 mins on medium heat, add cornstarch slurry and mix well.

  • 07

    Finally add the beaten whole eggs or only egg white if u prefer and stir gently.

  • 08

    Garnish with some handful of whole frozen corn, some spring onions and sprinkle very littlechopped coriander’s cook max to 2 to 3 mins.

 Thinking about Sizzlers, I always had an impression it’s a tough dish, and can be prepared only in branded or A Grade restaurants recently realized some of the toughest looking dishes are the easiest, so tried making my own version of homemade sizzlers tried, loved and tested….

Ingredients

  • Cooking Ingredients

    500 GMs Egg Noodles

    500 GMs Chicken breasts (Thin Sliced)

    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

    2  Tablespoon Green Chili sauce

    1 Tablespoon Red Chili sauce

    1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper

    4 Cloves Sliced Garlic

    1Teaspoon White Vinegar

    2 Tablespoons Spoon Sliced Carrots julienned

    1 Tablespoons Spring onions

    2 Tablespoons Capsicums sliced

    1 Tablespoon Cooking oil

    (Add any Veggies of your choice)

     

     Boil your Egg noodles as per your packet instructions. (See the tips below / How I do it)

  • Chicken Marination Ingredients

    1 Teaspoon Soy sauce

    1 Teaspoon White Vinegar

    1/4 Teaspoon Black Crushed Pepper

    1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda (optional)

    1 Tablespoon Corn flour

    Salt to taste

    Add the above ingredients to the chicken, Mix well and marinate it for 15 mins.

    Pre heat a thin Wok, add oil, and Sliced Garlic, and fry it for 30 Seconds, add the chicken and stir fry it for five minutes, until golden brown, even if the water is released that will act as a stock, add spring onions and the selected veggies and sauté for max 2 mins, add Salt and Pepper.

  • 02

    Add Soy sauce, vinegar, green & red chili sauce,

  • 03

    Add boiled Noodles and mix well

  • 04

    Garnish with some Spring onions.

Tips
  • In a Bowl full of hot water add your noodles and keep it for twenty to twenty-five minutes, this allows the noodles to have a good restaurant like texture.

  • Add always Carrots first as it takes slightly more time to cook and Capsicums last while adding your veggies.
  • Add or Minimize the sauces as per your taste.
  • You can completely avoid using chicken and follow the instructions to make this with veg noodles, as there is enough Chili chicken Gravy on the side…. Cheers

History of Manchurian Recipe

Nelson Wang (born 1950) is an Indian restaurateur of Chinese descent and the founder of a restaurant in Mumbai’s Kemps Corner neighborhood. Various sources credit him with the invention of the popular Indian/Chinese dish “Chicken Manchurian”.

Everyone who has tasted this awesome dish would agree there is a very thin line in between Chili chicken and Chicken Manchurian, so finally I decided to make a small difference between the two by Recreating a White chicken Manchurian to an extent and by keeping mind the authenticity of the original recipe.

Ingredients

  • Marination

    250 GMs boneless Chicken thighs

    250 GMs boneless Chicken Breasts

    1 Teaspoon White Vinegar

    1 Teaspoon white pepper powder

    1 whole Egg

    1 Tablespoon Garlic powder

    1/2 Teaspoon Ginger powder

    Marinate at least 20 mins

  • Batter Ingredients

    In a separate bowl add :

    3 Tablespoon of corn flour

    1 Tablespoon of rice flour

    1 Pinch of baking soda

    And mix well, add little water for consistency and Deep fry in oil for 7 mins

  • Cooking Ingredients

    1 Small Diced onion

    2 chilies chopped (medium)

    1 tables spoon cut spring onions

    1 Tablespoon Garlic / Ginger chopped

    1 Tablespoon Green chilli sauce

    1 Teaspoon chili flakes

    1 Teaspoon sugar

    1.5 Teaspoon White pepper powder

    1 Chicken Cube mixed in Hot water (Half cup)

    1 Tablespoon cornstarch

    Salt to taste

    Add one cup cold water, as it acts like a cold shot, as soon as the water begins to boil,

    Add sugar, White pepper powder.

    In a small bowl mix one cube Maggi Chicken stock with hot water (optional) or just plain water is fine and add it to the wok, Finally add the Chicken and sauté it for 2 mins and lastly add one tablespoon of Cornstarch mixed with two tablespoon of water in a bowl add it to the gravy for consistency, add salt to taste.

Tips
  • Always add the fried chicken last minute in the sauce as the chicken will remain crispy.
  • Use white vinegar and white pepper as we would like to achieve white color Gravy.
  • You may alter the spices as per the spice you could Handle. (Spicy dish)

Man chow soup is a soup popular in Indian Chinese cuisine due to its easy preparation and hot spicy taste. It is available in many restaurants and street food carts alike.   • 1 Medium sized carrots chopped in small diced

    1 cup button mushrooms sliced

    50 gms of Corn (optional)

    1 half small onion finely chopped

    1 tbsp vegetable oil

    3 tbsp spring onions chopped

    1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped

    1 tbsp ,Garlic finely chopped

    4 tbsp light soy sauce or 2 tbsp dark soy sauce.

    1 tbsp Red chili sauce

  • 2 teaspoon vinegar

    2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

    4 cups water or vegetable stock or chicken stock for added flavor (completely optional)

    Salt to taste

    1 tsp sugar

    1/2 tsp black pepper powder

    2 tbsp corn flour mixed with 6 tbsp water

    Add Finely chopped spring greens and coriander for Garnishing

  • 01

    In a heated wok add oil, and add chopped ginger/ garlic and the sliced chopped onions. Toss and stir fry on high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

  • 02

    Add soy sauce, white vinegar, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add salt, sugar, black peppers. Then add the mushroom in the last.

  • 03

    Add water or vegetable stock and boil on high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

  • 04

    Mix corn flour with cold water until no lumps are seen and add it to the boiling soup.

  • 05

    This time add spring greens and coriander for Garnishing.

Tips
  • Serve Hot.
  • Add or Subtract the sauces as per your taste buds.

    Crush black peppers and rock Salt (to taste) or any normal salt, divide the salt and pepper in two halfs,1st half add it to the squids for 10 mins Marination.

    In a heated pan add oil, minced garlic, fry it for 1 min, add the squids and stir fry it for 3 to 4 mins, add the cut veggies like mushroom, capsicum or broccoli or any of your choice add the second half of the salt/pepper, any dry herbs like thyme, oregano, and mix well for another 3 mins max until the veggies are cooked, No garnish required, simplicity at its best.
