Main Description.

Winglets and Drumettes are simply chicken wings cut apart at the joint. Meaty and well-trimmed, some are delicious made savory, sweet, spicy or tangy.

This recipe is for folks who love eating saucy wings, not a party starter though but can be an excellent star dish with simple rice and can give a gourmet look to your plate

Ingredients

  • Marination

    500GMs chicken wingette whole

    Add 1/2 a teaspoon salt

    Add 1/2 teaspoon black crushed pepper

    Add 1 tablespoon white Vinegar

    Add 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

    Add 1/2 a pod of Garlic chopped

    Add 2 Chilies finely chopped

    1 whole Egg

    Keep aside for at least 20 minutes 

  • Marination Ingredients

    In the marinated chicken bowl mix 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour

  • Mix 2 tablespoon of corn flour

    Mix 2 tablespoon of corn flour

    Deep fry it for seven minutes 

  • Cooking Ingredients

    1/2 Pod Garlic Chopped

    1/2 Inch Ginger

    1 while Diced Capsicum

    2 Slit Green Chilies

    1 Tablespoon Dark Soy sauce

    1 Cup Drinking Water

    2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

    1 Teaspoon Sugar

    1 Tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 4 tablespoons water (cornstarch slurry)

    1 Tablespoon Spring Onions

  • 01

    In a Large Wok, add oil, as soon as the Wok is very Hot....

  • 02

    Add Chopped Ginger, Garlic and sauté it for a minute, add diced Capsicum, and green chilies, continue to sauté it for another 2 mins,

  • 03

    Add one tablespoon of soy sauce, allow it to sizzle, add the fried chicken and sauté for a minute,Mix well.

  • 04

    Add one cup water, as soon as the water begins to boil, add tomato ketchup, sugar, and lastly add  Cornstarch slurry and add it to the gravy for consistency.

  • 05

    Lastly add some spring onions if you would like.

Tips
  • Chinese cooking is Generally on High heat
  • Use a thin wok always for Chinese cooking
  • Use garlic and chilies for Marination as the flavors will be right below the coating
  • Add a lot of love ❤ always

Main Description.

 Thinking about Sizzlers, I always had an impression it’s a tough dish, and can be prepared only in branded or A Grade restaurants recently realized some of the toughest looking dishes are the easiest, so tried making my own version of homemade sizzlers tried, loved and tested….

Ingredients

  • Cooking Ingredients

    500 GMs Egg Noodles

    500 GMs Chicken breasts (Thin Sliced)

    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

    2  Tablespoon Green Chili sauce

    1 Tablespoon Red Chili sauce

    1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper

    4 Cloves Sliced Garlic

    1Teaspoon White Vinegar

    2 Tablespoons Spoon Sliced Carrots julienned

    1 Tablespoons Spring onions

    2 Tablespoons Capsicums sliced

    1 Tablespoon Cooking oil

    (Add any Veggies of your choice)

     

     Boil your Egg noodles as per your packet instructions. (See the tips below / How I do it)

  • Chicken Marination Ingredients

    1 Teaspoon Soy sauce

    1 Teaspoon White Vinegar

    1/4 Teaspoon Black Crushed Pepper

    1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda (optional)

    1 Tablespoon Corn flour

    Salt to taste

    Add the above ingredients to the chicken, Mix well and marinate it for 15 mins.

  • 01

    Pre heat a thin Wok, add oil, and Sliced Garlic, and fry it for 30 Seconds, add the chicken and stir fry it for five minutes, until golden brown, even if the water is released that will act as a stock, add spring onions and the selected veggies and sauté for max 2 mins, add Salt and Pepper.

    Add Soy sauce, vinegar, green & red chili sauce,

  • 03

    Add boiled Noodles and mix well

  • 04

    Garnish with some Spring onions.

Tips
  • In a Bowl full of hot water add your noodles and keep it for twenty to twenty-five minutes, this allows the noodles to have a good restaurant like texture.

  • Add always Carrots first as it takes slightly more time to cook and Capsicums last while adding your veggies.
  • Add or Minimize the sauces as per your taste.
  • You can completely avoid using chicken and follow the instructions to make this with veg noodles, as there is enough Chili chicken Gravy on the side…. Cheers

Chicken chilly Ingredients

  • Marination Ingredients

    250 GMs boneless chicken thighs

    250 GMs boneless chicken breasts

    Add 1/2 Teaspoon salt

    Add  1 Teaspoon crushed Black pepper

    Add 1 Tablespoon white Vinegar

    Add 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce

    Add 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped

    Add 2 Chilies finely chopped

    Add 1 whole Egg

    Mix well and Marinate for at least 15 mins

  • Batter Coating Ingredients

    In the marinated chicken bowl

    Add 3 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour

    Add 2 Tablespoons of corn flour

    Add 1 Tablespoon of rice flour

    1/4 Teaspoon of baking soda

    Mix well, add little water for consistency, and deep fry the chicken for 5 to 7 mins Max.

  • Cooking Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Tomato sauce

    2 Tablespoons oil

    1 Tablespoon Garlic Roughly Chopped

    1 Teaspoon Ginger Finely Chopped

    1 Small Capsicum diced

    2 Slit Green Chilies

    1 Cup Water

    2 Tablespoons dark soy Sauce

    1 Teaspoon White vinegar

    1 Teaspoon sugar

    1 Maggi cube optional

    3 Tablespoons Cornstarch Slurry

    1 Tablespoon spring onions.

    Cooking time 45 / 60 mins
